Lori did a fantastic job selling my father's house. We needed to sell it quickly to relocate him across town and we were really concerned about winter approaching. She helped us tremendously to know how to best position the house for sale - we followed her advice and got an offer for full asking price within a couple hours of being listed and was able to move my father 30 days later. What a GREAT outcome. We wouldn't have done it without Lori and her guidance.
