Starting with recommendations on how to "show" our home, to listing it, to coordinating the showings to limit our inconvenience(we have a dog and three cats to consider, and work from home), navigating through the offers(yes, we had several), working through the sales agreement process and all the inspections, and ending with the closing! Lori made this process as seamless as possible! Regular communications made us feel like we were her only customers-which we knew was not the case! I was recommended to use Lori to find a new house. I went through a bad divorce and this was my 1st home solely on my own and I was scared. Lori and I talked about what I needed and location. Lori had scheduled 5 houses to view based on our talks on a Saturday, well looking on the same street we found a house being worked on for sale. Lori didn't hesitate to pulled out her cell called them (which they happened to be there working on it) and got the Owner to let us come in even before they were ready to show it. Like all sales, we hit bumps in the road, but Lori was always so positive and assured me this was normal and kept my panic mode under control. I love my house soo much I am never leaving, but definitely have recommended you to all my co-workers (as they joke that was the fastest house find ever)
