Lori knew this wasn't our first time, so she didn't waste our time or hers with the little stuff. She came in provided us with what we needed to know. She knew our market area . Priced our house at fair market value. Not sure if it mattered, we had concerns about staging our house. She didn't really offer any knowledge. So maybe we did ok on our own. We were just not confident in our ability.

When we put our house up for sale, I was half way through my second pregnancy with a toddler at my side. I told Lori we couldn’t have a drawn out sale with months of showings. She assured me with a few minor changes to our furniture placement (they made a big difference and I wish she would have organized my house when I moved in) and the right price it would sell fast! She picked a number that gave us the money we needed out of it but also matched the demand in the area so it wouldn’t sit long. Then she wrote a description of our house that made me remember all the reasons I fell in love with t in the first place. As promised we had multiple offers after the first day of showings and it was under contract for over asking price within 24 hours of listing. She was also helping us to purchase a home and was able to handle all the negotiations and paperwork associated with both the seller of our new home and our buyers so that we could move directly into our new home without the need of storage or temporary housing. Buying a house is one of the MOST stressful times of your life! It’s such a huge investment and so many things could go wrong! We have worked with Lori on two home purchases now and while it wasn’t stress free, she made it as easy as possible. Every question I asked she responded promptly with an answer or letting me know she would find out for me. She has many connections with contractors and various home repair companies so we were able to get an idea of how bad (or not) the flaws of our hopeful homes were. Lori insisted that we at least look so we had all the options on the table before setteling; reluctantly I agreeed. From the moment I walked in I was in love and Lori knew it! We spent a lot of time looking everything over and discussing how we could utilize the space to make sure it was practical as well as eye catching.
