Lori Eastridge sold my lot 39 in Laurel Mountain Estates. Immediately when Lori was assigned as the sales agent she drove to my lot to see where it was located. Later she called me here in Texas and told me that the For Sale sign was down and was too small. She immediately changed the sign. She then took new pictures of the lot and placed them in the appropriate place. Not long after I received my first offer on the lot. After negotiations with the buyer, which Lori handled in a professional way, the buyer and I came to an agreement. The lot closed in March 2022. Lori did an outstanding job of communicating with me from the time she became the sales agent until after the sale of the lot was closed. I highly recommend her to anyone who has property to sell.

I knew nothing about buying land, it was all new to me. I knew what kind of property I wanted and had a handful of places I'd found online to see. Lori helped me understand how to read the listings to weed out ones that wouldn't be suitable. Then we spent a day driving what seemed like all over to view the properties on my revised list. Lori gave me a sort of car-tour as we went, pointing out every interesting feature we passed. She even went on her own to view an additional one I found later and sent a video of what she was seeing. She answered my many questions about what we needed to get done before closing and closing itself. I'm very glad I had her to help me navigate finding and purchasing a property. She is also a safe driver and great company as our travels took us over some, um, interesting roads.
Lori I feel has gone above and beyond to help us with purchasing and selling of our property. I did not know a whole lot about the process and she was very helpful explaining it all to us. She took the time to take us to the county offices to get permits and introduced us to the people we needed to talk to. If anyone ever needs to buy property I would “HIGHLY” recommend her.
