"My choice in broker came down to Lori and another broker that was a probate specialist who had been helpful in explaining about probate early on. Lori DeSantis had a plan to sell our home from the moment she came to see our house. She told us what we needed to do. She had pictures taken, drone images, maps and 3D images. She showed our home at its full potential. Not only did Lori work hard for us, she knows what she's doing. What you need in a real estate agent is someone who knows real estate. They need to know the law, how the market is at the time of your transaction. I wanted someone who would tell me the truth and not someone who over priced my home. She was exactly spot on with our price. She is friendly, funny and professional. I never worried about anything she did. I would send my friends and family to her.
