I am recommending Lori Bright and Steve Ristaino to all my friends who might need to downsize and move out of their family homes. They both know so much, and so many people. Whenever I had a problem or question, either they knew the solution immediately, or took it upon themselves to find the answer for me. When I sprained my foot one night and panicked, I called Lori because I couldn't think straight enough to call a friend. She held my hand through figuring out what to do, and Steve and his guy came over the next day to do dishes and generally settle my household for me. Seriously. From the moment I chose them as my realtors, they laid out the calendar I would need to follow, and helped me make it to each new phase. Perhaps I could have done this without them, but I wouldn't want to have tried.
