Lori worked with us on “prepping” the house so it would sell. She had no problem telling us the things that she felt like needed work, which I appreciated - she also had recommendations on painters, plumbers, etc... which was MOST helpful for me. We felt great when the house went on the market, and it sold in 12 hours! We had multiple offers, and ended up getting exactly what we asked for it!! Which was the highest of any house in our neighborhood. Once we sold it, Lori was there to see us through a speedy closing!! Lori was a pleasure to work with, and you can tell how much pride she puts in her work. I could not recommend her any higher!
