Lori was fantastic throughout the whole process! This was our first home buying experience and when we first started, we were looking at some properties that were a bit dubious. Lori steered us away from any "lemons" that we had in mind and steered us in the direction of a good solid home. She was very tactful and knowledgable about little details that really made the difference. I have great respect for Lori, because we were desperate to move and would have bought just about anything, and she didn't take the opportunity to make a quick deal, but instead looked out for our best interests, even if it meant making a special trip out to the property or taking my late night phone calls after I got off work. Couldn't be happier!
