Before real estate, I spent over two decades building a successful career as a Senior Director of Customer Experience. I led the development of a best-in-class customer experience program and worked extensively in customer support. That background taught me how to lead with empathy, stay solution-focused, and provide consistent, high-touch service—skills I bring to every real estate transaction. I call Youngsville, NC, home and love the blend of small-town charm and easy access to North Carolina’s best outdoor adventures—from state parks and serene lakes to the mountains and coast. Outside of real estate, I’m an avid traveler who’s visited 13 countries (and counting). A few of my favorite adventures include skydiving, zip-lining, learning to surf in Costa Rica, and exploring iconic destinations like the Grand Canyon, Zion National Park, the Netherlands, and Bimini.
