I was quickly able to convey the true value of my beautiful home to my agent. She soon realized the uniqueness of my home and increased the asking price accordingly. She was able to attract qualified buyers and conducted the open houses and showings flawlessly. Due to my perseverance and her skill we worked together to get very appropriate offers.
