From the first phone call with Lori she was in constant contact with us. Walked us through everything. Helped us when there was an issue with the lender and timelines but she was on top of everything. Constant contact with us and did a wonderful job. We are very pleased.

Lori provided a detailed analysis of the market trends, helping me understand the best time to buy/sell. The analysis looked at neighborhood property values and drop in prices. She reviewed/explained contract details. Lori’s dedication was evident in how she accommodated viewing schedule and provided advice on property value. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Lori Alban when selling your home.

I started looking for a house in October 2023. Did not have any luck until I moved to Live Oak Fl and found Smith & Associates-United Country Real Estate and Lori Alban, Realtor. Lori found me a beautiful house and property within two weeks. She helped me with all the document signing, downloading printing and all the other crazy procedures I am not familiar with. Lori is very pleasant and easy to work with. She's very respectful to the sellers and their needs. Lori has the best personality for this type of work. I do not plan on moving or purchasing another property any time soon. I would highly recommend Lori Alban if you are in the market to buy a home. She's Awesome! Thanks again, Gary Schmitz

Ms. Lori Alban went above and beyond when she worked with me on the sale of a home through and estate I was managing. She not only helped me with the home sale but she even find companies to do other things we needed to get done. She took time out of her days to help keep an eye on the home. When a hurricane hit she was quick to go visit the property and let me know of any damage. Ms. Lori puts her clients first, even above herself! I kept reminding her to take care of herself as well. If you want a full service realtor, a kind hearted person and a vast network of help, Lori Alban is the only way to go.
