When it was time to sell my house, I hopped on the local facebook group and asked who they recommended that specialized in small ranches. One after another, 99.99% mentioned Lori's name. it was unanimous. Lori was very thorough. I asked her questions and she had answers. She knew that I needed to sell it fast, but of course I didn't want to give it away. She gave me tips on what to work on and enhance, and she got to work right away on her end. Since my house was practically empty, except for the air mattress I was sleeping on, Lori staged it and it looked amazing. So amazing that it made sad to be selling. Bethel Island is a challenge. It's a very unique area, and it was not looking promising at all. While I love the area, you have to find the right buyer that is also looking for land and that country feel. When we finally found a buyer, the process was oh so smooth. Working with Lori has been awesome. She's very down to earth and easy to communicate with. If I ever get a chance to purchase again in the area, I'll definitely give her a call.
