Loretta Baeza has helped us buy and sell for over 11 years now. The first thing I noticed about Loretta is her enthusiasm for finding the perfect home, if buying, and the optimal price, if selling. When we first buying and looking at the first house, I could see her checking out little details, looking for any needed repairs, cracks, etc. She also saw 'the big picture' about each house we viewed in terms of usability, condition, location, neighborhood and how it would fit our family in general. When selling, she dealt with a builder who really low-balled us when offering a price. Loretta, although a fun and friendly person, really put her foot down and got us an offer $1,000 above asking price! She's a keeper!
