I’m an investor that has worked with many realtors over the last 25 years to find suitable properties. Most realtors don’t have the time or don’t know how to find properties that create value for investors. Not Lorenzo! This guy was polite, even when I peppered him with questions, then he went out and took my requirements and found me 8 homes that met my criteria. Each of them had a minimum 26% LTV or more. I purchased 5 of them over two month period. No other realtor has ever been able to bring me more than 1 or 2 houses, and none of them are worth closing. I HIGHLY recommend Lorenzo!
