She was totally transparent since day one and was very clear. She communicated well with us.
When we initially told Lorena Torres about our interest in this property she right away got in contact with their agent and followed through until we were able to see the house and right away told us how the process would be if would want it. She was clear and real specific on explaining everything and the way she told us things would be, she was patient, kind, professional and very detailed. Couldn’t have asked for for a better realtor.
