We needed to a townhouse in Flagstaff as part of an estate, while living on the East Coast, with priority on speed of sale. Preparing the property for sale required organizing numerous activities and Lorie Knapp was extremely helpful in identifying local providers as we prepared to travel to Arizona to work on the townhouse. While we there and after we departed she was helpful in numerous ways. In particular, multiple times Lorie served as our on-site representative after our departure to enable clean-out contractors and movers to access the property. Her market analysis helped us set a reasonable price despite there being few comparables to work from. The happy ending was that we got our asking price on the day the property was listed. View Less
