Lorena is an AMAZING real estate agent, you NEED her on your team! She is knowledgeable, communicative, and a go-getter. In today’s highly competitive real estate market these are must-have qualities. As first-time homebuyers, we were overwhelmed with the prospect of buying a home. As soon as we contacted Lorena, she offered a free consultation where she answered our many questions and detailed the home buying process with a buyer’s guide. Soon thereafter, we started our search for the perfect home. As a modern real estate agent Lorena allowed us the opportunity to choose the homes we wanted to view via the internet. She only scheduled appointments for property viewings during times that fit our schedule and was extremely knowledgeable about the homes we were looking at, almost as if she had done research the night before. She was always able to answer all of our questions and never pushed us to make an offer on a home we didn’t like. Her experience and ingenuity really showed through when she started looking into houses that had not yet been listed. Lorena was able to communicate with the sellers’ agent before the property was listed and formed a relationship that led to our offer being accepted on our dream home! Her abundance of knowledge and expertise continued to present themselves as she explained, in detail, the legal documents throughout escrow and the closing process. She is also well connected to a network of professionals including plumbers, inspectors, electricians, you name it! It is thanks to Lorena Argüelles that we found our forever home. Lorena was my real estate agent in CA. We are a growing family to relocate from Washington. She helped tremendously in every step of the process. This commitment led to finding the right home in the right budget.
