Loren has been a TRUE blessing for my Husband Rocco and I I especially since the last house buying experience my husband had was over 30yrs ago and very different from home purchasing in todays market. We also were out of state buyers relocating here to Vegas which added extra pressure on Loren due to we couldn’t actually come ourselves to the walk thru’s etc. But Loren made it all work with going out of her way to literally video chat me thru walk thru’s. caring about specific home design we wanted. As well as all the additional little extras and there are ALOT that goes into buying a home here while your physically in a different state and LOREN DID IT ALL WITH SO MUCH EXPERTISE as well as GRACE under fire ensuring the best possible deal for us in all area and things my husband and had not even thought of or considered like the home maintenance contract for repairs since my Husband is a heart patient w medical issues as well as my own injuries caused from a catastrophic work injury I suffered out to sea as a 2nd Operator on a Commercial Fishing Vessel out of Ventura Harbor. I can not ever say enough for ALL Loren went above and beyond for us to help us achieve our goal in obtaining our retirement dream home. As well as truly praise her for being the exceptional young woman she is. Again with all my heart I feel God blessed us the day Loren was brought into our lives and I’ve already called her to hopefully work with her again in the very near future for another home purchase we are wanting to buy. Anyone who gets Loren as their Agent is indeed a very lucky blessed person because they have gotten an Agent who truly gives it her all and then some to ensure her Clients happiness with their new home purchase. My husband & I were looking for a rental and after calling several different listings and having no luck, I decided to post about it on a Facebook group.
