Lorelle Kitzmiller helped us find the right house, neighborhood and price. We knew exactly what we wanted and, as that inevitably changed, Lorelle found listings for our new perfect house. She watched our reaction to each property we viewed and selected new properties to go with our flow. She helped save us considerable expense by providing a highly competent inspection company. They located serious problems in one house that ultimately caused us to terminate the contract. The same company helped us with the nuances of the house we actually bought.
