This realtor was able to get me $40K more than I was asking, took all the stress off of me and was very accommodating throughout the sale. It took a few agents before I found Loreen, but I'm glad it did. She was always quick to respond and answer every question I had, made plenty of time for me, and had the contacts to get me into a better loan than I had gotten on my own.
