We never imagined that our home would be easy...

We never imagined that our home would be easy to sell. We were prepared for the process to be a long one. Loraine made the process painless! She explained every step along the way, answered all of our endless questions, took all of our phone calls immediately. We never had to wonder what was happening which is great. We accepted an offer on our home just 2 days of showings!! Our home sold for quite a bit more than we were asking (which Loraine predicted it would).
