Lora Stott is definitely a people person and had excellent peopeople skills. It was a pleasure to work with her. She ended up being more accurate about the eventual sale price of the home. The other realtor was way low so we feared a self-fulfilling prophesy with that realtor. Lora was more optimistic and we liked that. She was willing to answer our questions along the way and didn't seem annoyed when we had requests. Her open house was well planned and we had a good showing. She was honest, and straight forward. She was on time. We had a lower appraisal than our offer so she fought to get the appraisal raised.

Lora, was a huge asset during the sale of my home. A little back story about my home, I had a rental turn ugly with an eviction. So Lora knew that the home needed a little extra work to get it ready for the market. Also to top it off I am living in Denver. So Lora did an amazing job in organizing contractors and people to come to get it ready for the market. Lora Stott had amazing communication during the whole process, as soon as she heard news she would share it. Lora made the most "Stressful" time of my life a lot more manageable with her constant communication and reassurance that everything will be fine. For anyone looking for an agent who is knowledgeable and friendly and will do everything to make sure you are take care of. We found somewhere to call our own and made an amazing friend in the process. Lora has a heart of gold and you can tell she cares about our happiness just as much as we do. She is always happy to answer any questions we have which makes the home owning life much easier for us. If I had to do this process all over again, I would stand by my decision.
