My wife and I recently had the pleasure of working with Lora to purchase or first home. As first time home buyers, we needed someone with market experience, and more importantly, reel us in a bit if she sensed we may be settling on a home that we didn't love, which in this market is easy to do. We dealt with a seller (OpenDoor) who was nearly impossible to get a hold of, but Lora knew this was the home we loved and she went to bat for us to get us all to the closing table. When the seller failed to provide a survey at the original closing, Lora was on the phone for countless hours with the seller and title company to get us the survey and get us all back to the closing table. We started to work with Lora over two years ago, when we thought we wanted a condo on the water. She showed us many different locations and types of condos.
