Steer clear of Jay Higdon and Lora Higdon for any real estate needs—transactions, build-outs, or development projects. Our experience was a disaster, filled with unresolved issues and blatant disregard for transparency and accountability. They failed to provide crucial documents like the occupancy certificate, site plan, and well-log, which are non-negotiable for selling a house. They completely botched the hydroseeding, leaving us with a disaster zone instead of a lawn. Worst of all, they concealed serious water problems they knew about, rendering the water unusable for basic needs like bathing or drinking. Don't waste your time with them. Find realtors who have integrity, who care, and who do what they promise.
