Lora was great to work with. She was always upbeat, positive, and easy to talk to. I work a lot and my schedule is erratic but she was able to work around my schedule for months driving back and forth to the city until I found the house I was looking for. At no point did she come across as pushy or annoyed by my inability to just pick a house. She didn’t just want me to buy a house….she wanted me to buy the right house for me. She always answered her phone and responded promptly to my emails. During the contract process she handled everything from dealing with the lender to scheduling the inspection. What impressed me the most was her willingness to help after closing…..after she had been paid. A week after closing, the heat when out in my house. She had included a home warranty in the contract and offered to call them for me to get everything taken care of. Almost 2 months after closing, there was some confusion with regard to taxes on a previous home I had owned (she was not my realtor when I sold this home). I sent her an email asking her advice as to who I should contact about this. Instead of answering my question, she called around and took care of it for me. I could not have been happier with my home buying experience. There was nothing she wasn't eager and willing to do. I think she would have done my taxes if I had asked her to.
