Excellent agent

I was looking for an agent to assist me with selling my house and purchasing another. Mr Jacques is a difinte professional who really love's what he does. He helped me with updates to improve the sales price of my home and even knew professionals to make the updates. I sold for well over asking price. Mr Jacques then found a new home that had just fallen out of escrow and the price had been reduced 30k. We went to the home and it was exactly what I was looking for. I offered the asking price and it was excepted. There were a couple things found by the inspector. Mr Jacques assisted me with receiving credit towards the repairs needed. I personally recommend Mr Jacques for your real estate needs.
