First time home buyer

First time home buyer. I was having a really disappointing experience with another realtor who was pretty unresponsive and unclear with their answers even over the course of a couple of weeks. I did a quick Google search for realtors near me and found Loodmy. The reviews were so good that I went ahead and gave him a call right away. He answered immediately and started giving me tips and advice and supplying me with all of his contact information. Not once did we lose communication with him and his responses were always clear, polite, super helpful, and comical (in the fun professional way). We're closing on our house today after only about a month and a half working with him. The house we found had sellers who wanted a fast closing and our lender wasn't going to be able to fulfill it fast enough. Loodmy and his associates stepped into action and found us another lender that they work with who was able to get everything pushed through in a matter of about two and a half weeks from start of application to closing today. Loodmy makes himself available at almost any time and if he doesn't know an answer, he'll find it, and quickly. My spouse and I have already recommended him to a family member and we would recommend him to anyone.
