1st time buying a home on my own, much less a foreclosure. Lonnie was very knowledgeable and eased any concerns I had, making the process as stress free as possible. He was on task and prompt with communications to all parties involved in my home buying process.

Lonnie Long's professionalism and knowledge of the business is second to none. My situation when trying to buy my house had many obstacles and they seem to arise periodically during the different phases that come with purchasing a house. I became frustrated and started to doubt I would be able to purchase a house but Lonnie and his team has many resources for each problem I encountered. I thank him for always being very responsive to any questions I had at any time. He negotiated the closing cost and the final price of the house efficiently and got a better deal than we both hoped for. Finally my girlfriend and I found the house of our dreams out of a portal of different houses Lonnie made for us..There were many different portals for over a whole year as things on my end seemed to never go right, but that never deterred Lonnie or make him start to doubt. Only mistake Lonnie made was making a life long friend that the poor guy will never be able get rid of!!!!!!!!
