Since being with them, I spent numerous months without someone to rent my house. Afterwards, they come to me and tell me I am asking too much. I told them that is what you recommended, not me. Now that I have a renter, I have to deal with paying for a water heater, because they decided to winterize the house, not needed, and it killed my water heater. Now a leaky garbage disposal. Kind of make me think these guys are on the take from the local contractors. Charged me for a locksmith when I have smartlocks, and still have not responded to that. But lets me know when they are going to charge me more money for repairs.Highly not recommended.
