We met Lonnie and Joeilynnae through Lonnie’s mother, a neighbor in our condo building, He was very friendly and had great knowledge of the area and market. Once we signed a contract he took charge and went to work, he immediately had a photographer come in and take pictures that turned out beautiful, the condo was listed very quickly. Several units were available at the time but after showing it multiple times, he found us a great tennant. We could not have asked for a better fit. Lonnie was always available. He often took evening calls from me as I am 3 hours time zone difference. I would recommend Lonnie to anyone looking to rent or sell a property. He is very ambitious and knows his market very well. I will absolutely continue to use his services in the future
