Buying a home from out of state isn’t easy, Lonna and Crystal made it easy! They did FaceTime walkthroughs and showed us every detail. Once we picked a house they went above and beyond to help us get everything done that we needed. My husband is in a wheelchair and they were measuring lots of stuff for us. Once we closed they helped schedule a house cleaner, someone to mow the yard, carpet and tile cleaner and even a contractor to get a door widened for my husband. They let everyone in for us which really meant a lot since we were in Oregon. They were always very friendly and helpful and we appreciated them so very much. They made a not easy process very easy for us and we couldn’t have done it without them!! We highly recommend them if you want an awesome team to help you through the process of buying a home!! Ms. Lonna has now helped us buy and sell a house. She was very engaging, communicative, and went above and beyond to help us sell our home. We moved 7 hours away and she helped with several small issues that popped up to prevent us from having to make a trip back to the house.
