I have known Nick since 2007. He helped me purchase my first home when I was young: a condo in the Capitol Hill neighborhood of Denver. This year Nick and his team helped me purchase my second home in Aurora. His attention to detail and tireless efforts to help me understand the complexities and subtleties to the entire process are second to none. I just closed on my first house purchase with Nick Lombardi. During the whole process I was kept up-to-date, and supported every step of the way. Although I was nervous going into the unknown world or real estate, I have to say I was pleasantly surprised! And in hindsight, having the right person to support you makes all the difference.
