Lois and Tom were a pleasure to work with! They always went above and beyond to make sure we had an opportunity to see houses as soon as they were available. In many cases, we were able to schedule showings the same day we contacted them about the listing, and Lois was always willing to work around our busy schedule, even scheduling multiple showings back to back to make the most of our time. Lois and Tom never hesitated to get answers to our questions- we often had answers and related records or paperwork shared the same day. Lois and her husband Tommy were a wonderful team to work with. They are always communicating and keeping everyone up to date. I had a really complex sale with a lot of moving parts and repairs on a tight timeframe and Lois/Tommy truly went the extra mile time and again to keep me on track for my closing. There was even an extra set of hands helping me on the final moving day when most everyone else bailed. I would use them again in a heartbeat. You are not just a number to them; they personally care about every one of their clients!

Lois is excellent. I dealt with her in the home search for 10 months. Every step of the way Lois was on top of everything day in, and day out. She is an outstanding realtor who will 100% find you the right home, and be in close contact with you until the day you close! Highly recommend!

Lois did a brilliant job of selling my second home, in a really challenging time. I don't live in the area, so I had to rely heavily on her knowledge of local conditions and regulations, and her contacts with dependable reasonably-priced contractors. She knew what had to be done to update the hose and make it attractive. And she was unfailingly energetic in showing the house and checking up on it to make sure work was completed, grass was cut, etc. When the COVID crisis hit and we lost several promising deals at the last minute, she carried on optimistically, and it all paid off in the end.
