We worked with Lois upon relocating to Houston from out of state. From our first phone call with her we could immediately tell that she was a detail oriented person as our first sit down was well thought out and efficient. Throughout the “house hunting” she was keen to observe our likes and dislikes about particular houses, neighborhoods, and areas of town. Her knowledge about the local markets is impeccable. She seemed to know exactly where certain school districts started and stopped and the implications of them, what the tax structure would approximately be compared to other areas, and what the appreciation (or depreciation!) trends were for certain areas. Very quickly Louis came to understand what exactly we were looking for, in fact, she figured it out before we did. However, being new to town we felt like we needed to “cover all prospects” she was infinitely patient with us while we verified for ourselves that a particular house or area was not for us. We had a broad price point that we were interested in and she allowed us to navigate all prospects freely and without pressure. In the end she helped us focus in on not just the right house but the right neighborhood and community that best fit us and our lifestyle. When it came to putting forth an offer, negotiating and doing all of the small tasks required when purchasing a house she was equally impressive. We were able to secure our house solely due to her ability to negotiate and make the deal happen. Bottom line - We have bought and sold several houses and have NEVER had a Realtor that is so skilled in all aspects of the business. She is a true professional – Best we have ever had represent us!

Lois made the overwhelming and intimidating process of buying our first home so effortless and rewarding. She patiently answered the myriad of questions we asked and was generous with her time. Lois understood how nervous my husband and I were about our first big purchase as a married couple, so she took the time to really explain things to us. We never felt rushed, instead we felt that she genuinely cared about making sure we felt comfortable and happy with our decision and was very patient with us. Lois was so efficient and made us feel so at ease, that she changed our mood from nervous to thoroughly enjoying the hunt for our new home. From the search to closing details, Lois was there to make sure that we were taken care of. She listened very well to what we wanted and was able to make our dream home a reality. My husband and I have been in our beautiful home for a year now and still feel we made a great decision thanks in large part to Lois's help.
