Lois Ann helped me sell my childhood home--and for those that know, sometimes that's heartbreaking to do. Lois Ann and her staff was ALWAYS available to help me with issues I knew little or nothing about and always presented as my partner in this listing, not the commission-receiver. She gave great advice for timing of the sale and how to best present the property. She certainly knows her market and works hard to keep up with real estate activity and trends in her market area. She represented my property well and always looked out as my best interest as a seller.
