I appreciated the professionalism exhibited by Logene Butler. She listened as well as kept me informed of the updates and concerns of the selling of my property. Although the process was a bit of a struggle, she remained hopeful, which kept me encouraged that this process was progressing in my favor.

Logene is very professional, is extremely proactive, very organized and got things done as they should have been handled. I highly recommend Logene Butler.

Logene was highly responsive, had good knowledge of the marketing conditions and made this sale go through very smoothly inspite of COVID-19 pandemic. Our property was listed in early March 2019 and just after the pandemic hit. Logene was able to oversome all the difficulties, helped us in making appropriate decision and enabled the sale go through. We also moved out of the property to another state, Logene worked with this constraint and made to the sale possible on schedule. I recommend Logene to prospective buyers and sellers
