I can't say enough good things about Logan and her team! She took over the sale of my home after it sat on the market for over a year with a previous agent. She worked with me to develop a fresh strategy and set out to sell the condo quickly so I wouldn't lose any more money while it lay vacant. Within the promised time frame, she found my former place a great new owner and was able to skillfully negotiate the sale so I could get a fair price for it. Throughout the whole process, she communicated clearly and provided helpful explanations. Because I had already completed a move out of state, she worked with me across 3 time zones away and navigated my toddler-mom schedule. I truly felt I could trust her!
