Logan is an honest and straight forward agent. I've used him for both buying and selling and had wonderful experiences with both. His vast experience was invaluable through our process and helped guide our selling and buying journey. I highly recommend Logan to anyone looking for a realtor.

I couldn't have asked for a better realtor to help me through buying my first home. Logan was extremely knowledgable about the areas I was interested in and recommended additional areas as he learned more about what I was looking for. He ended up helping me find a home that not only fit with what I was looking for, but also well within my price range. He helped walk me through the entire closing process and what to be expecting for next steps, which was really reassuring to me since I hadn't done this before. I highly recommend using Logan Abrams especially if you are looking around the Charlotte area.

I met with Logan and he was very knowledgeable and experienced with sales and marketing in the Charlotte real estate market. Very professional and a good communicator.

Logan helped us negotiate a record sales price for our neighborhood. It was above and beyond what we thought we were going to get!

I interviewed several agents before selecting Logan - it turned out to be the right decision hands down. Logan knows the market - how to present properties, landing on an asking price, and other details about the real estate process that were extremely helpful for us. As a result of his expertise, we sold our home in one day and over our asking price. Highly recommend.

We had a great experience with Logan Abrams selling our home. His knowledge about the market along with his professionalism in listing and safety in showing our home during the pandemic allowed us to receive multiple offers within the first week of listing. The closing process was smooth and efficient without issues and even allowed us to close remotely. Logan was referred to us and is definitely a referral by us!

Logan was awesome. Not only does he have a vast knowledge of the neighborhoods and process, he is also patient and willing to go above any beyond to ensure you get the house that you want. After taking me on over 25 showing from Gaston County to North Charlotte, and handling a 6 months closing process with title issues, I was only able to find my forever home with Logan's assistance.

Logan was very helpful in the purchase of our new home. He was able to negotiate with the seller's agent to get to a comfortable price for my wife and I. This is the second purchase where we have used Logan as our agent. Logan is also selling our old home and was able to get that one under contract in less than two weeks!

Logan has helped me find 2 homes so far. Both times he had this weird knowledge that I’d love the house and location without me knowing. We looked at one house that was perfect except the lot was extremely steep. He convinced us we could find something better for less money and he was right! Less than 2 weeks later, we were under contract on our new home :)
