Loann is a super star. With this being our first house sold (we were first time homeowners), Loann provided plenty of documents and guides to help us understand the process. She is also very transparent and patient, and is always willing to walk us through any step of the way whenever we had questions or concerns. She is incredibly knowledgeable and even if she doesn't have the answers immediately, she's very prompt at finding out and getting back to us.
