We started working with Lloyd about four months before the house went on the market. He set expectations, did on target market assessments, and helped us prepare the house to show. He mapped out a strategy for selling the house -- reasonable asking price, timely and effective marketing, staging the house. We were able to get several offers on the home once it went on the market.
