Lloyd is an amazing agent. Most importantly for buying or selling houses is to have an experienced and reliable agent and Lloyd is the man for the job! I was introduced to Lloyd over a 5 years ago. At that time, I was looking for a house and happened to buy my current house from him. Once I moved in, we had issues with kitchen appliances which unfortunately my agent at the time did not buy an extended home warranty so despite the fact that it was a failure or mistake from my agent, Lloyd quickly got things fixed and helped me to add to the coverage. Once you have a good experience with an agent, it would be better to go back to him that what I did. Lately I was very apprehensive and nervous as how to make some investments in such a volatile housing market. I went back to Lloyd and asked his opinion.
