Being new to the Charlotte area, it was important for us to have agents with knowledge of the area. Lizette and Darren both helped us in many ways, using their expertise to guide us along the decision making pathway. They even gave us some great tips on how to effectively rent out our previous property. Lizette and Darren were available for any and all questions, which really helped. My wife and I are grateful for the knowledge they had which contributed so much to a fruitful closing, from A to Z. It's a major relief to know that you have knowledgeable people who have your back throughout the process.
