Liz really knows the island, the trends of what's going on there, and during the home tours was constantly thinking of ideas on what to do to the homes we were looking at. She has a lot of experience with the homes out there and knows what works and doesn't, what people want to see in a home, and these ideas help the consideration of buying. She's also really well connected to a lot of the people on the island including contractors, other homeowners, and the town administrators. If you need something done right away, she's on it. She's the type of person to reply to calls 24/7. She will go the extra mile to get a deal done including helping a seller prepare a house to sell, hire a contractor to get work done on a home being sold if needed, and giving common sense feedback to things about the house. She also knows the market pricing and what a home will support in terms of value. She's great at negotiating with the seller agents when you're buying, helping think through the work that might need to be done with the older homes. I would use Liz again when we go to sell or buy another home in Tiki or anywhere in Galveston.
