I worked with Liz on both the sale of my home in Belingrath and the purchase of a townhouse off of Sharon View Road. Liz was very thorough and attentive throughout the entire process. She was knowledgeable about real estate in Charlotte, available for questions and concerns at any time and provided me with helpful information to help with both the buying and selling process every step of the way. With the sale of the Belingrath home, Liz was a huge help! Because the house had not been updated, she suggested several smaller things that would help the house look newer and more likely to sell. She even shopped for the appropriate purchases that I feel definitely helped in selling the home! Liz was very hands on, knowledgeable and available. I would definitely recommend her to anyone.
