Rating 5 stars +!! Liz Wright led my elderly mother to a nice new home in our area. I was present when my mother and I were directed to homes which were still under construction. I and my spouse had been shopping for nearly 3 years, but my spouse passed suddenly 01/02/23. Upon arriving and touring the homes, my mother and I were absolutely stricken with the designs and floor plans. Because of Liz Wright, I also decided to purchase. Words can't describe Liz Wright's integrity, honesty, patience, and kindness for individuals. Liz communicates effectively helping home purchaser's navigate the sometimes difficult and unexpected issues that arise during the construction, closing and purchasing process! She makes herself available anytime and goes well above and beyond ensuring her clients receive the best outcome! Liz Wright is more than an ordinary realtor! Realtors are everywhere! This was my second time using Liz as my realtor. I used her two years ago when purchasing my home and here recently when selling my home. Both times using Liz as my realtor was a great experience. When searching for a home to purchase she had all the information readily available on the homes we were viewing and was able to answer the hundreds of questions I had on the spot. The very few questions she was not able to answer on the spot she was able to get answer for me in a very timely manner. I never felt rushed into making a decision and was always given all the facts on the homes to make an educated decision. When selling my home she took care of everything and took all of the stress away that comes along with selling. This allowed me to focus on getting everything ready for an out of state move and not get overwhelmed with everything. Liz truly values your time and does an excellent job keeping you updated with everything going on. I hate that I will not be able to utilize her for my next home purchase due to moving, but will continue to recommend her to family and friends in the area.
Fantastic!! I talked to Liz on the phone from California and told her what my priorities were, and she zeroed in on Bay Point, and it was perfect for me. Bought a house the first day, and I suspect that Liz and I will be great friends going forward!

Liz was a great realtor for us. She is prompt, knowledgeable, and friendly. We had a property to sell that needed some work. She helped us determine likely values both as is and move in ready. This made it easy for us to navigate the decision to do the work prior to listing. We listed on a Friday and had multiple offers over the weekend and on Monday we were under contract for more than asking price. She kept us updated throughout the process. Liz is by far the best realtor I’ve ever worked with. She helped me buy our home several years ago and back then I thought she was the best - but when we got ready to sell it, she literally went above and beyond and completely blew us away. She exceeded every expectation we had at every opportunity. We were so anxious about an open house and private showings and she just took care of EVERYTHING. Walked with us through the entire process and just did a phenomenal job. I cannot say enough good things about her and the level of service she provides.
