Liz worked with my son (and me) to find the starter house my son was hoping to find. She was awesome! It took all of the pressure off of me as the parent to be involved in every little thing. I was able to just turn my son's needs over to Liz and only be involved when it mattered. She seemed to know the local market very well. She also seemed to understand the current seller's market and how a first time buyer could be successful in it. I thought she was particularly masterful guiding my son through the negotiation for the home he was able to buy. We know the offer she advised was spot on. One other thing that stood out was that she was so patient! My son passed on winning a less than perfect house about half way through the process and that could have frustrated another real estate agent. But Liz was extremely understanding and more than nice the whole way. I was amazed at that because the situation frustrated me a little. But she just kept us moving forward in the same fun way. My son is very happy in his new home and the best thing is that it is still in Fort Collins which we never thought would happen at today's prices. Thanks Liz!
