Liz is an incredibly competent agent. She worked with us for weeks getting the house ready for listing and spent hours with staging and finally was there on the morning we moved out helping get all our trash out and got us on the road and that was very time consuming. We had above market offers on the first day and she handled negotiations and got us a great "as is" deal which really mattered after the contract was signed. They don't come any better than Liz and her husband Terry.

I have moved ten times and have much experience working with realtors. I do not say this lightly, Liz Ryan is by far the best!! Her knowledge, expertise, experience or vast network was/is much appreciated as she worked on solutions with listing agent/seller. I was an out of town buyer so she went above and beyond to coordinate with contractors, inspectors, lending, and closing agent. In summary, her network and reputation in the industry to pull all pieces together in a short amount of time was truly magical.
