Couldn't have done it without you!

Thank you to Liz Reyes Pastrana, Jesus Pastrana, and her entire team for helping us purchase our new home in Northglenn. Every step of the way, Liz was professional, understanding, helpful and resourceful. Without Liz and her team we would not have our beautiful house today. Everyone was always an email, text or a phone call away, to answer my questions, help me identify issues, and resolve any problems I ran into. Thank you again!

Knowledgeable and Realistic

Liz was able to provide high quality realtor services by addressing our needs and wants. She helped us to make an informed realistic decision on what price to list our home for. She wanted our property to be competitively priced, yet get the highest return we could. Liz had us up and running within the first week and was always had time for questions no matter how big or small. She made the entire selling process so easy and stress free for us. Very professional and knowledgeable; would highly recommend!

Amazing, professional, & experienced!

Liz was the best realtor we’ve ever had. She is the main reason we got TOP dollar for our recently sold him! From the beginning she was confident and knowledgeable in the housing market. She met with us and discussed what WE wanted and then weighed in with her experience. She did a walk through of the property and pointed out small things that would make our listing more appealing. Liz was in constant communication with us throughout this whole process. Once our house hit the market we had appointments for 97 viewings in 3 days! We were asking for a lot from buyers and Liz assured us that she would make it happen, and she did! We sold for $85k over asking price, plus a 60 day post closing occupancy (free from rent), with a strong seller. We had zero hiccups throughout this smooth transition and I cannot recommend Liz and her team enough! Thank you so much for going above and beyond in the sale of our home!

Made it to Closing !

Liz showed market knowledge that was comparable to other agents we’ve recently worked with. Although she assured us that she would, Liz did not send us any homes to review, she did provide the tools (website/portal, Homesnap, etc) for us to do our own research and compare homes that were on the market and when we found some she arranged for the showings. She answered our questions by text, e-mail, and by phone call. When we did have concerns, Liz was skilled at quickly assuring us that the entire process was not uncommon and reminded us of closing deadlines. One suggestion for the future would be to realize the client is not the expert, no matter how many times they may have bought or sold homes. Sometimes we don’t know what questions to ask and it’s up to the experts to anticipate potential questions, especially when there are obvious anxieties and concerns shared by the client. On several occasions we found out information after the fact, that would have been helpful to know ahead of time. Liz always projected professionalism and maintained a purposeful posture while assuring us that we were in this together. An example of a difficult situation was when we chose the HOA objection, Liz commented that there is no form for that because it’s never been done before. Rather than reassuring us, this comment was rather dismissive, and she projected her disappointment in our choice. The seller’s agent seemed to advocate for her because the seller decided how long it would take to close and needed the “rent back” (free) option. Keep in mind, closing time is dictated by the sellers needs. Yes, we wanted this home but there were few times when our needs or preferences were considered. Unfortunately, we did not feel like we were her top priority and she attended the start of another closing before finishing with us. Jesus (Liz's husband), showed us several homes, provided neighborhood guidance, and accompanied us through the closing. He is a great asset to the team.

Comfortable and Professional!

What started out as just a quick conversation about our interest in buying rather than continuing to rent, we were under contract with our townhome in less than 6 weeks of establishing a relationship with Liz! Her years of knowledge within the market was helpful as my fiance and I had minimal background on real estate. She also lives within the general area that we were interested in which also was helpful when discovering homes and areas we wanted to look at. We always felt comfortable asking Liz for advice and opinions and always made us feel like equals. We purchased a new-build townhome, so there were several months where it was a 'waiting game', though we knew whenever we had questions come up throughout the build time she was always there for us. She stood up for what was right and made sure we were getting a quality product built for us. She was always extremely professional with us and everyone we interacted with throughout the process. Thank you Liz for all of your help throughout our first time purchasing a home!
