Liz guided us to just the right price for our mom's home. She suggested the items that should be fixed so that we would get the best price for the house. Liz's knowledge in the Camarillo area was unparalleled compared with other realtors that we interviewed. She was at almost every showing and always went by to make sure the house lights were shut off and that the house was securely locked as the house was vacant after each showing.
