Her persistence on the importance of diligence of the home inspections during the contract period actually saved us from purchasing a farm where the well water had been compromised and contaminated by a faulty and broken septic tank. She took care of everything to remove us from the contract. Liz Luckey not only listened to our needs and wants (proximity to son and grandchildren, acreage for 2 horses, one level home, etc) but organized all information for her search to match us with the right properties to look over and visit once we were pre-approved for our loan. Her communication on all levels was exemplary. We NEVER had to wonder or worry about what was going on. When we had questions or concerns she gave us us her full attention to solve and answer with great advice, knowledge and always a smile.
